Black and white photography project

Below are a few pictures which I photographed on a Lomography 'Diana' film camera with an added flash, using a black and white film.   As I didn't wind the film on properly to the next frame the photographs came out quadruple exposed.  When I developed the film there were no spaces between each frame and each image was joined to the next.  This was actually an accident as I was very unsure of how to use the camera, but I absolutely love the way my photographs turned out.  The fact that they were taken on a black and white film makes them look even more bizarre and interesting.
The model in the photo was holding only one mexican paper-mache skull.  But the skull is present three times in the same photograph.  The skulls also appear to be transparent in the pictures which make them look ghostly and effective.

For my Fashion Communication project at university I was set the task to design, create and develop my own fashion photo-shoot using a black and white film on a film camera.
I decided that as the film was black and white I wanted to give it a 'Film Noir' style.  I looked at the beautiful femme fatales in film noir and silent movies.  I wanted to photograph my model wearing classy vintage style make-up, jewellery and clothing to recreate the classic 1930s flapper style.
I photographed my model sitting demurely on a chair covered with a velvet throw.  I looked at existing photographs of beautiful actresses from the silent movie era and took inspiration from the for my own photo-shoot.
This time I used a Nikon film camera as I didn't want my images to double expose for this particular shoot.  However I would like to revisit the double exposure method of photography for my next photo-shoot.
I then developed my film in the dark-room at university.  A few days later I developed my own photographs.  I am very happy with the way my photographs turned out.
